Service Terms & FAQs Re-Clean and Bond-Back Guarantee Eligible End of Lease Cleaning services include a bond-back guarantee, subject to the agreed scope, property condition and written terms. If an included cleaning item requires further attention after inspection, contact us within 48 hours of the property inspection and provide the agent’s feedback. Where covered, we will arrange a free re-clean of the relevant area. The guarantee excludes pre-existing damage, severe mould, inaccessible areas and tasks outside the accepted quotation. The sole remedy is a free re-clean. It does not provide a cash refund, compensation, reimbursement of bond deductions or payment of landlord or agent charges.
