HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE

weekly, fortnightly, monthly regular service

On each of our cleanings, the following is completed to our high standards. Some items may not require attention every visit and will be rotated as required.

Bathrooms

• Bath cleaned, rinsed and left shining

• Shower recess scrubbed, fittings and glass cleaned

• Mould treated and scrubbed

• Basin and Vanity scrubbed

• Toilets scrubbed and disinfected, including base and behind

• Mirrors cleaned and polished

• Sills wiped down

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

• Light switches cleaned

• Tiles and fittings cleaned and left shining

• Waste bin cleaned and left shining

• Fingerprints wiped from door frames and light switches

Kitchen

• Stove top and exterior of range-hood cleaned

• Bench tops and backsplash cleaned

• Cupboard fronts wiped down

• Exterior of refrigerator

• Inside and outside of microwave oven

• Sinks scrubbed and left shining

• Sills wiped down

• Fingerprints wiped from door frames and light switches

• Floor vacuumed and mopped

Bedrooms

• All furniture dusted

• Mirrors cleaned

• Window sills wiped down

• Fingerprints spot cleaned from walls and light switches

• Carpets vacuumed including under bed if accessible

• Non-carpeted floors vacuumed and mopped

• Wall marks cleaned on request

• Cobwebs removed

• Skirting boards dusted (wiped down on request)

• Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy

Stairs, Hallways, Common Areas

• All furniture & picture frames dusted

• Skirting boards dusted (wiped down on request)

• Cobwebs removed

• Walls marks spot cleaned

• Window sills wiped down

• Newspapers, magazines and books straightened

• Cushions straightened

• Lamp shades dusted (wiped down on request)

• Glass tables & TV screens cleaned 

• Blinds cleaned on request
