Our 48-Hour Re-Clean Commitment If an agreed area has not been cleaned to the expected standard, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. After review, our remedy is a free re-clean of the affected agreed area. The re-clean commitment does not provide a cash refund. Booking Information Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A 30% late cancellation fee, based on the booked service amount, may apply when less notice is provided. Pets may remain at home during the clean. Please tell us about them in advance and secure them where needed so our cleaners can work safely.
