It can suit seasonal cleaning, preparation for guests or catching up on areas that have been difficult to maintain. Post-renovation cleaning is not included or offered as part of this service. When Is Spring and Deep Cleaning a Good Choice? • Your home needs a detailed one-off clean • Skirting boards, sills and less-frequent areas need attention • You are preparing for guests or an event • You want a customised cleaning list rather than recurring service • Small furniture may need to be moved where safe and practical This service is not the same as End of Lease Cleaning, which has a separate scope and guarantee terms. We can move small furniture where it is safe and practical. Heavy, fragile, fixed or unsafe items will not be moved. Scope, estimated time and pricing are confirmed by phone, photographs or an on-site assessment where required; no fixed minimum duration is published. We provide cleaning products and equipment. You may also supply specified eco-friendly products for our team to use according to your instructions. Oven Cleaning Oven cleaning is an optional add-on for Spring and Deep Cleaning and must be included in the quotation. Our 48-Hour Re-Clean Commitment If an included task requires further attention, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. Where the issue is covered by the agreed scope and service terms, we will arrange a free re-clean of the relevant area. The sole remedy is a free re-clean, not a cash refund or compensation. Pre-existing damage, severe mould and areas that were inaccessible during the booked service are excluded. Booking and Cancellation Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booked service amount. Pets may remain at home; please tell us in advance and secure them where needed.
