Customers may provide specified eco-friendly products. Workplace consumables can also be supplied according to customer needs when included in the quotation or service agreement. Service Terms & Booking Our Re-Clean Commitment If an included task requires further attention, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. Where covered by the agreed scope and terms, we will arrange a free re-clean of the relevant area. The sole remedy is a free re-clean, not a cash refund or compensation. Pre-existing damage, severe mould, inaccessible areas and tasks outside the agreement are excluded. Service Area, Parking and Cancellation We service all suburbs listed on our Service Area page. If paid parking is required, the parking cost is charged as an additional expense.Office Cleaning cancellations require written notice at least one week in advance.
