Full Cleaning Checklist Kitchen: Benchtops, splashbacks, sink and taps; cooktop and rangehood exterior; cupboard fronts; floors vacuumed and mopped. Empty cupboard and drawer interiors, microwave and refrigerator cleaning are included only where specified in the quote. Oven cleaning is optional. Bathrooms and Laundry: Shower recess, screens and accessible fittings; bath, basin, vanity and toilet; mirrors, accessible tiles and surfaces; floors vacuumed and mopped. Bedrooms, Living Areas and Hallways: Accessible surfaces, skirting boards, switches and door frames; cobweb removal; carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped. Built-in cupboard interiors, accessible tracks and internal glass are included where quoted. Getting Ready: Where possible, book before furniture arrives. Ensure water and electricity are available, remove rubbish and confirm keys, building access and parking. Tell us about special surfaces, existing damage or inaccessible areas. Small furniture can be moved where safe; heavy, fragile, fixed or unsafe items are excluded.
Service Terms Products and Equipment: We supply products and equipment for the agreed service. You may provide specified eco-friendly products with clear instructions. Free Re-Clean: Report an issue within 48 hours of service completion. Where an included task is covered by the agreed scope and terms, we will arrange a free re-clean of the relevant area. This guarantee offers a free re-clean rather than a cash refund or monetary compensation. Pre-existing damage, severe mould, inaccessible areas and work outside the quote are excluded. Cancellation and Parking: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less notice incurs a late cancellation fee of 30% of the booked service amount. Required paid parking is charged as an additional expense. Service Scope: Move-In Cleaning prepares a property for the incoming occupant. It does not include post-renovation cleaning or the End of Lease bond-back guarantee. Oven cleaning is an optional quoted add-on. Duration, scope and price are confirmed during quotation.
